SHIPPING POLICY

Your items should be at your door within 7-10 days of your order confirmation. In case the item of the order placed is in back order, shipping may take a little longer which we will communicate to you. Expect no duties or extra charges. Please ensure you have provided all important information including a contact number should there be any questions to your location. Once your order is ready for delivery our team will call to verify address and a perfect time to have your item delivered.

RETURN POLICY 

We are happy to assist you and manage your request for returns.

Restocking and Handling Fee

For any order that is accepted for return, a 25% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Returns should be made within 7 days of your purchase (For example, if you receive your order on the 1st of November, the last day to be able to return your item(s) is 7th of November) in original, undamaged packaging. Any item(s) being returned should also be returned with any accessories, manuals and items that may have been bundled with the item(s).
  • Products should be accompanied with the original sales invoice for a refund. Refund for items purchased by credit card will be transferred ONLY to the credit card account.
  • If the product is not returned in its entirety or if the packaging/product has been damaged, or if accessories are missing, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the item or deduct additional charges on the refund amount as applicable.
  • If the product has been cleared (no damaged packaging, all manuals/items/accessories accounted for), the full amount would be refunded within 7-10 working days (minus the 25% restocking and handling fee).

Warranty

  • (a) Manufacturer’s warranty
  • (b) Physical damage to items are not covered under warranty
  • (c) Warranty on applicable products becomes invalid if the product(s) has been opened or tampered with by an unauthorised person/other service centre
  • (d) Please retain your sales invoice to claim warranty
  • (e) Warranty is applicable within the region of the Republic of India only, unless stated otherwise

SHIPPING

Local

We deliver across the Republic of India using our approved logistics providers. Any local custom duties or other charges will be charged to the client’s account. Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with the tracking number and the website of the logistics provider in order to be able to track the status of your order.

International

Denindia does ship internationally. However, acceptance of orders being shipped internationally will be at the sole discretion and approval of the management team at Denindia Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
